1. Controller
BraVeBo B.V., Turfberg 6, 2716 LT Zoetermeer, is responsible for processing personal data within the partner application and additional partner dossier.

2. Purposes
BraVeBo processes data for:
- assessment and selection of potential self-employed/company partners;
- contact, discussions, meetings and rate discussions;
- verification of the company, insurance, certificates, VCA, VOG and authority;
- security, fraud prevention and recording accepted conditions;
- preparation, performance and administration of possible cooperation;
- compliance with legal, contractual and client- or location-specific requirements.
3. Data processed
Depending on the stage, BraVeBo may process:
- company, registration, VAT and contact details;
- experience, capabilities, availability and rates;
- names and qualifications of proposed persons;
- VCA, VOG, insurance and certification details;
- uploaded company and verification documents;
- technical data such as date, time, IP address, browser information and audit log.
4. Legal bases
Processing takes place because the applicant requests assessment for possible cooperation, because processing may be necessary to prepare or perform arrangements, because of BraVeBo’s legitimate interests in selection, safety, quality, security and fraud prevention, and, where applicable, because of legal obligations.
5. Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised persons within BraVeBo and may, where necessary, be verified with authorised registers, insurers, training or certification bodies, advisers and relevant clients or location managers. BraVeBo does not disclose more data than necessary.
6. Retention
New, rejected and inactive applications are reviewed periodically and deleted once they are no longer necessary. Data relating to active partners is retained for as long as cooperation, administration, statutory retention, liability or security requirements make this necessary.
7. Security
BraVeBo stores partner data and documents in protected private storage. Management access is limited to authorised users using authentication and two-factor authentication. Important actions are logged.
8. Rights
Data subjects may request access, correction, restriction or deletion to the extent permitted by law. Requests may be sent to info@bravebo.nl. BraVeBo may request appropriate identification before carrying out a request.
9. No solely automated decision
BraVeBo independently determines which applicants are contacted. No solely automated decision-making takes place that produces legal effects for the applicant.
10. Changes
The applicable version and hash of this notice are recorded for every application. A new version does not automatically apply retrospectively to declarations previously recorded.
