BraVeBo B.V. — Cooperation Terms (EN)
(Admission to preferred supplier / partner list)
BraVeBo cooperates only with parties that can demonstrate solid organization, safety, fiscal compliance, and documentation.
Core rule: without full submission of the required items below, no meeting will be scheduled and the application will not be processed.
This applies to sole traders (ZZP) and companies (B.V.), including parties from abroad working in the Netherlands.

Intro — how we process applications
- Purpose: protect quality, planning, safety, and legal position (also towards our clients).
- This page covers admission to cooperation (pre-screening).
- Incomplete, unclear, or contradictory files are not processed.
- BraVeBo may request additional documentation where necessary.
1. Identity & basic information
1.1 Short introduction (brief)
- Short description of the person/company
- Scope (firestopping, finishing, installations, materials)
- Region + typical clients / environments
1.2 Chamber of Commerce extract (KvK)
- Not older than 3 months
1.3 VAT information / reverse charge
- NL or EU VAT number
- Indicate if reverse charge applies (where relevant)
1.4 Copy of valid ID (ZZP / natural persons)
- Required for access registration and contractual records
1.5 Signing authority / legal entity
- Proof of signing authority (e.g., KvK, articles, power of attorney)
- Correct legal name + legal form
- Not older than 3 months
- If joint signing applies: submit all names
2. Legal status & right to work
2.1 Statement of legal status
- Not bankrupt
- No suspension of payments
- No debt restructuring procedure
- No seizures/attachments that prevent execution of work
2.2 Residence / work status (if applicable)
For anyone who must prove the right to work in NL (non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals or others where required):
- IND document proving permission to work in the Netherlands
- For self-employment (ZZP): IND permission to work as self-employed
- For companies using foreign personnel: evidence of correct NL notification/permit route (UWV/IND) where applicable
3. Insurance & safety
3.1 Liability insurance (AVB)
- Policy schedule stating covered activities
- Adequate coverage for construction/technical/firestopping work
3.2 VCA
- Minimum B-VCA for operational personnel
- Preferably VOL-VCA for supervisors
- For companies: VCA company certificate or proof that deployed persons hold VCA
3.3 IPAF / MEWP certificate (where applicable)
- Required when working at height / using MEWPs
4. Competence, training & standards
4.1 CV (preferably in English)
- For the persons who will be deployed
4.2 Overview of training and certificates
- Firestopping / passive fire protection
- Construction / finishing
- Technical / installation disciplines
4.3 Compliance statement
- Confirmation that work is executed in line with applicable NL/EU standards and guidelines
- Including (where applicable): EN 1366-3, ISSO / SBR 809, Bbl
- Use of certified materials and systems
5. Fiscal & banking details
5.1 Tax compliance (ZZP)
- Statement / evidence that taxes are up to date
5.2 Tax compliance (companies)
- Recent proof of good standing for wage tax / VAT
- Required due to chain liability / hiring liability principles
5.3 Bank details (business only)
- Business bank account (NL IBAN) in the legal name of the company
- No payments to private or third-party accounts
- For companies supplying personnel: G-account + percentage (if applicable)
- Recent bank statement for verification
6. Rates, price lists & mobility
6.1 Hourly rates (T&M — Time & Material)
- Base hourly rate for short / ad-hoc / urgent work
- Reduced rate for long-term cooperation / framework
- Surcharges: evening, weekend, night, working at height, second person, special tools
6.2 Unit prices / catalogue pricing
- Per meter, m², m³, per item, per opening
- Separate pricing for services (execution) and materials (supply)
- Purpose: integration into internal pricing and quotations
6.3 All-in zone (mobility)
- For T&M services: all-in rate (excl. VAT) within 30 km from BraVeBo base (Zoetermeer)
- No separate mileage charged within this zone
6.4 Mileage / transport outside 30 km
- Outside 30 km: additional mileage per your rate table (return trip)
- If deploying van/materials/MEWP: transport surcharge may apply
- Rates always excl. VAT
6.5 Travel time / waiting time
- Where travel time is substantial (>45 min one way) or waiting time occurs on site: billable at agreed rate
- Especially relevant for secured/controlled locations
6.6 Equipment and special-requirements surcharge
- Use of own MEWP, scaffolding, specialist tooling or PPE beyond standard → separate rate
- Only based on a pre-shared price list
7. Operational deployment
7.1 Availability / capacity
- Availability (days)

- Availability for urgent calls / outages
8. Legal acceptance

- Without written acceptance, no assignments will be issued

9. Quality, handover and pricing behaviour
9.1 Client references
- Minimum 2, preferably 3
- From comparable environments (technical / commercial / critical)
9.2 Example handover report / job sheet / dossier
- Demonstrates how delivery is documented
- Including photos / numbering / material identification
9.3 Example quotation / proposal
- For review of scope, assumptions, standards and rates
9.4 Discount / volume structure
- For repetitive work
- For long-term deployment
- For ongoing cooperation
10. Additional requirements for product/material suppliers
10.1 DoP / CE / ETA / declarations of performance
- For supplied products
10.2 Safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Mandatory where applicable
10.3 Your delivery/return conditions
- For comparison with BraVeBo terms
11. Investment, training and certification (ZZP/B.V.)
11.1 Investment
If BraVeBo incurs costs for necessary onboarding, safety training, badges, or specialist system instructions, this is considered an investment in the cooperation (only applicable to external partners/contractors — ZZP/B.V.).
11.2 Set-off
BraVeBo is entitled to fully set off these costs against the next invoice(s), unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
11.3 Early termination by the partner
If the cooperation ends early on the partner’s initiative, all training/investment costs facilitated by BraVeBo that have not yet been fully set off become immediately due and payable in full.

12. Important
BraVeBo B.V. reserves the right not to process incomplete or unclear applications.
Only fully documented parties will be considered for an introductory meeting and possible inclusion on the preferred supplier list.
This protects our quality, planning and legal position, and that of our clients.
