Conditions for cooperation with BraVeBo B.V.
(Admission to the preferred supplier / partner list)
BraVeBo only works with parties whose organisation, safety, fiscal situation and documentation are in order.
If the documents below are not submitted in full, no meeting will be scheduled.
This applies to sole traders (ZZP) and B.V.’s (including foreign parties that wish to work in the Netherlands).
1. Identity & Basic Information
1.1 Motivation / introduction letter
- short description of the company / person
- disciplines (fire stopping, finishing, installations, materials)
- region and type of clients.
1.2 Chamber of Commerce extract
- max. 3 months old
1.3 VAT / reverse charge VAT details
- NL or EU VAT
1.4 Copy of valid ID document
- mandatory for ZZP / natural persons
- for access registration and contractual purposes.
1.5 Official company document / signing authority
- document showing who is authorised to sign (CoC extract, articles, power of attorney)
- correct legal name
- not older than 3 months
- in case of joint signing authority: provide all names.
2. Legal status & residence/work permission
2.1 Statement of legal status
- not bankrupt
- no suspension of payments
- no debt restructuring (WSNP)
- no seizure that prevents execution of works.
2.2 Residence and work status (all non-EU / Ukrainian nationals)
- Copy of IND residence document/card (front + back) proving that working in the Netherlands is permitted (work endorsement on the card)
- If deployed as self-employed / ZZP: IND permission for work as self-employed
- For B.V.’s deploying foreign workers: proof of correct NL notification (UWV / IND, where applicable).
3. Insurance & Safety
3.1 Liability insurance (AVB)
- policy schedule describing the activities
- suitable cover for construction / technical / fire-stopping work.
3.2 VCA
- at least B-VCA for operational staff
- preferably VOL-VCA for supervisors
- for B.V.: VCA company certificate or proof that deployed staff hold VCA.
3.3 IPAF / MEWP certificate
- when work is performed at height / with MEWPs.
4. Competence, training and standards
4.1 CV (preferably in English)
- of the personnel / technicians to be deployed
4.2 Overview of training and certificates
- fire-stopping / passive fire protection
- construction / finishing
- technical / installation works.
4.3 Compliance statement
- confirming that work is carried out according to applicable NL/EU standards and guidelines
- incl. EN 1366-3, ISSO / SBR 809, Bbl (where applicable)
- use of certified materials and systems.
5. Fiscal & Banking
5.1 Tax compliance (ZZP)
- statement / evidence that tax payments are up to date.
5.2 Tax compliance (B.V.)
- recent tax authority statement on wage tax / VAT
- required due to chain and hiring liability.
5.3 Bank details (business required)
- business bank account (NL IBAN) in the company name
- no payments to private or third-party accounts
- for B.V.’s deploying staff / hired labour: G-account + percentage
- recent bank statement for verification.
6. Rates, price lists & mobility
6.1 Hourly rates (Time & Material)
- base hourly rate for short / ad-hoc / call-out work
- reduced hourly rate for long-term cooperation / framework agreements
- surcharges for evening, weekend, night, working at height, second man, special equipment.
6.2 Unit prices / catalogue prices
- per m¹, m², m³, per item, per penetration
- submit separately for services (execution) and materials (supply)
- so BraVeBo can import these into internal price tables and offers.
6.3 All-in zone (mobility)
- for services on a T&M basis an all-in rate excl. VAT applies within a radius of 30 km from the BraVeBo base (Zoetermeer)
- within this zone no separate kilometre costs are charged.
6.4 Kilometre / transport fee beyond 30 km
- for work outside the 30 km zone an additional km fee applies according to the submitted schedule (return trip)
- when using van/vehicle with material or MEWP an additional transport surcharge may be charged
- rates always excl. VAT.
6.5 Travel time / waiting time
- if travel time is substantial (>45 min one way) or if waiting time occurs on site, travel/waiting time may be charged at the agreed rate
- this applies in particular to secured / controlled locations.
6.6 Equipment and special-condition surcharge
- use of own MEWP, scaffold, specialist tools or PPE beyond standard → separate rate
- only on the basis of a previously shared price list.
7. Operational deployment
7.1 Availability / capacity
- fixed days
- response time
- deployability for incidents / urgent jobs.

- without written acceptance no orders will be placed
- BraVeBo terms and conditions are leading.
9. Quality, handover and pricing arrangements
9.1 Client references
- minimum 2, preferably 3
- from comparable (technical / business-critical) environments.
9.2 Example of report / handover file / SAT / job sheet
- to demonstrate how work is recorded
- including photos / numbering / material identification.
9.3 Sample offer / proposal
- to verify scope, assumptions, standards, hourly rates.
9.4 Discount / volume structure
- for serial work
- for long-term deployment
- for fixed cooperation.
10. Additional for material / product suppliers
10.1 DoP / CE / ETA / performance declarations
- of supplied products
10.2 Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
10.3 Own delivery and return conditions
- to compare with BraVeBo conditions.
Important
BraVeBo B.V. reserves the right not to process incomplete or unclear applications.
Only fully documented parties will be considered for an introductory meeting and possible inclusion on the preferred supplier list.
