Confidentiality Terms for Partner Applications — version v1.0

These confidentiality terms apply to every applicant from submission of the partner application. They are separate from the formal Partner NDA that BraVeBo may later present to selected partners or subcontractors.
1. Confidential information
The applicant treats all non-public information concerning BraVeBo B.V., its clients, project locations, prices, work, drawings, photographs, documents, software, processes, access, security and commercial arrangements as strictly confidential.
2. Use
Confidential information may be used only to assess or prepare a possible cooperation with BraVeBo. It may not be shared, copied, published, posted on social media or used for the applicant’s own benefit or that of any third party without prior written permission.
3. Persons within the company
The applicant ensures that employees, self-employed professionals, subcontractors and advisers receive access only when necessary and are bound by an equivalent confidentiality obligation.
4. Security incidents
Loss, unauthorised access or accidental disclosure must be reported immediately to BraVeBo at info@bravebo.nl.
5. Duration
This obligation applies from submission of the partner application and remains in force if no cooperation is established and after any cooperation ends.
6. Formal Partner NDA
BraVeBo may require a selected applicant to sign a separate formal Partner NDA before any additional client, ESA/ESTEC, project, access or system information is provided.
